One simple way to keep the phone cooler is to open the keyboard and stand the phone up so air can flow over as much surface area as possible.

My Sprint Moguls got hot with wifi router, touch pro1, got hot, my FIRST tp2 stayed room temperature no matter how much i used it, screen broke, got a refurb from sprint, heats up really hot. that lil cpu fan idea is a good one! outside on my laptop, i get 1.3-1.5 mbps, inside .8-.9 and thats way up here in bum F.E. minnesota!
