Screen Rendering?
I was looking at a review for Cyanogen Mod 6 ROM on the EVO and there is an option for screen rendering that allows users to shut off all but a specific color on the screen (green, red, blue,....). Not only does it look sweet, but it is supposed to save battery life.

Nevermind, I found the answer
