Verizon to ATT

I just got my phone unlocked today. I called verizon they gave me a code to unlock the sim. I was on Energy's ROM. I switched to GSM only mode. I am trying to get a MMS and it doesnt seem to work. I go to change the settings in the arcsoft settings but new and set defualt are greyed out. However, ATT is listed as defualt in the settings. Can I Perform a regedit to fix this?

It pops up a MMS but it says no subject and when i open it it says " message not found"

Oh and if i flash my ROM is my SIM still unlocked?
