Re: Picture Mail picture resolution
is this what you did??
Go to hklm/software/arcsoft/arcsoftmmsua/config/mm1/mmscsetting/samplmmsc change 4 settings: wap 1and2 send, and wap 1 and 2 receive to 9999999 as above, but samplmmsc2 and make the same changes to the same files as above. thats puts your send/recieve limit at 10mb instead of 500k

Re: Picture Mail picture resolution
What if the other person cannot receive something that large? I think most networks limit it to 1mb or less.
I set my receive to 4096000, is that 4mb? It was 2048000. I have noticed that since I started using the TP2 videos that people send me are much smaller than they were on my old samsung flip phone. They are hard to see. Is there a way I can change this? I can bring them up on the computer from the website and see them better. Is this the size of the file the person is sending me or is there an adjustment. Thanks! |

Re: Picture Mail picture resolution
They are smaller in part due to the higher resolution screen of the TP2. That is to say that the pixels are physically smaller in size compared to your Samsung flip phone, and you've probably noticed that the flip phone images and text have slightly more "jagged" edges to them.

Re: Picture Mail picture resolution
also changing the photo resolution setting to "original" under preferences in the pics/vido options menu will help too. and the default send/receive llimit in either sprint stock rom was never 500k it was at 1M

Re: Picture Mail picture resolution
is there a nice "cab" to flip all these settings values so when I format and restart for whatever reason I can just "run" the cab as one of my reinstall cabs? (we have 3 tp2's in the household)
