Error Code : 67 (But I dont have a Data Plan)

Hey Guys,

so I have done some searching and I couldn't find an answer. I have a TP2 that does not have a data plan and every time a I get the GPS running for TomTom it interrupts the GPS signal and I constantly have to hit "Dismiss" to remove the Error Code : 67 message. In addition, is there any way to stop the message from coming up in all other instances too?
