Phone thinks charger is Usb cable

I've looked, but all it comes up with is battery issues and such.
Anyways my phone can connect to my computer, to sync, flash whatever,
but it won't charge.
It used to.
As soon as I flashed NRG AUG 1 Rom (dinik21673 i believe)
at first it wouldn't even connect, i had to wiggle it to connect and hold it in place.
Then i just left it and it kept connecting and disconnecting without even moving it.
Finally it connected and no issues.
When i was going to sleep, plugged in my phone to the wall charger and it would ask for the ACTIVESYNC, DISK DRIVE, INTERNET SHARING.
I plugged it in to my car charger, same thing, i plugged it to another wall charger same thing, i plugged it in to a Universal Battery charger with USB output, same thing.

so I can't charge. Good thing i got two batteries and i can charge one with the battery charger while i use the other one, but it sucks not been able to charge the phone, can anybody help me??
