tp2 reboot on roam problem

my us cellular tp2 works just fine when on home towers no reboots
but once i start using roaming towers sometimes it will reboot.
maybe once a day or more
and sometimes it won't reboot when roaming
had the phone replaced and still the same problem with the new replacement
just recently flashed to the mighty rom .. as of last night still the same thing it rebooted once today on roaming so i am fairly certain it's not a os issue
only thing i leave running on it is msn messenger

i am thinking it's a radio issue. but us cell is sloooow to roll out any kind of fixes if they even address them to begin with

the only pattern i can see is something to do with the roaming
with stock rom's on 2 phone's and with a recently flashed mighty rom
still same thing

so anyone have any thoughts?
