How do you enable vinration when screen is touched?

I am running the current Vindows rom, and I can't seem to figure out where the setting is to enable the vibration when the screen is touched, for example when I type on the screen keyboard.

I am sure it is something simple...

Any help is appreciated thanks.

settings tab > Personalize > Vibration> and enable tactile feedback. This will vibrate your screen on settings like sense, phone dialer keybord and misc. apps however it wont vibrate your screen when your just touching it.

Or you can install this cab. Enable Vibrate on touch and set to around 32-37ms Everytime you touch your it will vibrate. I like this app because it also lets you know if your phone freezes because it doesn't vibrate.
