SPB Mobile Shell - what happened to stocks and pictures app?

So I got the SPB Mobile Shell, I like the UI and all but I miss not having the Stocks App that came with HTC Sense. Also the picture viewer and media player is gone too.

What gives?

you can add the stock, the media player and the pictures and videos by setting up your home screen icons. but otherwise, they're in your programs folder.

those apps are not in my programs folder, I think its part of HTC Sense and not Windows. I have no where to find em.
