Problem with "comowatchdog.exe"

Not sure if anyone else has come across this - but after I reflashed to the VZW MR2 OEM ROM, every now-and-then after a reset, I get this error where "The file 'comowatchdog' cannot be opened" message pops up.

I tried searching for this, and have come up with nothing about this program in particular.

My TP2 has:

OEM VZW MR2 (21887.5.0.86)
Manila version 2.5.20132227.0
Just uninstalled CHT, CHT editor and SSK TP2 Dynamic Resource Proxy
Otherwise fairly stock except for HTC WiFi router and Opera 10.

I uninstalled CHT because I'm getting this weird offset quicklinks issue, where the top row is obscured by the top bar. If anyone can help me out with how I can do screenshots, I'll post what it looks like.

I had issues with CHT 1.8.5 doing this very thing.

Plus didn't like the amount of free ram I was left with when using Sense 2.5 and CHT.

So I ditched Sense and CHT and am with Mobile Shell.....but not liking it too well either.

Thinking about going back to Sense and CHT and trying to re-work it to get more free ram.
