Beginner HTC Touch Pro 2 Questions

hmm this is very weird, so when i soft-resetted, while it was loading HTC TF3D it shows the speaker symbol but then when everything loads up it either changes between nothing showing up, a few sets of parallel lines or as the image below shows, a bunch of weird images.



how would i uninstall this theme? or at least fix the speaker symbol cuz it's quite annoying..is it because this device was from verizon (originally CDMA [global]) but i downloaded a GSM theme?

i will try your theme mod once i can uninstall this theme and still always looking out for registry edits/programs that can remove that big ol verizon sign.
