how accurate is the sense music tab at gettting album art for mp3s? i tried it a few times and got the wrong album art or no album art at all. are there any alternative apps to do this on the phone

if you album art is embedded to the mp3 itself ie- no folder.jpg file in the folder but actually part of the file itself, than ANY media platform compatible with album art will show it.. a comp,mp3 player,cell phone..
so as long as your album art is straight, any media player should show the album art.. i use s2p for music... or sometime i use the music player that comes with CHT 1.8.5.. music tab and sense slows down the device IMO
