Help! Frozen htc screen after flashing a rom

I just flashed a DeepShining Rom and its frozen on HTC screen after the ROM installed.
I have soft reset and hard reset
taken out the sd card and sim card
I cannot get an active sync

any suggestions

Nevermind I was able to go to bootloader and flashed another ROM... that was a close one
