Prevent screen from turning on when switching from EVDO to 1x?
I live in an area where my Sprint TP2 phone frequently switches from EVDO to 1x and vice versa. Every time it does this, the screen turns on. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? It sucks to wake up in the morning and have the phone completely dead.

There is a cab someplace to force 1x data. That might be an option for you. Try searching for it. I would post it but I don't have it.
