Task manager for Man 2.5 ROM 2.04

I tried searching. Really I did. But try searching for Task manger touch pro2 or anything like that. You get a bazillion threads for ROMs and such with hundreds of pages. I had the task manager before. But had to a hard reset and lost it. The only mod I am running is cookies home tab and the editor.

I tried the HTC task manger 2.0 and 2.1. No luck. I looked and it is enabled on the today screen. But it's not there in. I miss having it there in the upper right corner of my screen. It allowed me to change tasks quickly.

I read a few posts about adding it in the registry... But not sure what to add. (I'm guessing you mod the |Current user/software/htc/task manager| registry. but not sure what to add or change.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I attached the task manager cab for you, this one always works for me so give it a try.

Thanks...but no dice. Same issue. It's there. I can access it through programs. But it is not on the today/sense screen.

did you click the box to have it show on the today screen?

uninstall any you currently have installed. use this one http://www.forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpo...02&postcount=5
that's the main one people use on the sprint stock 2.04 rom. it definitely puts the icon in the top right. if it doesn't then you have something else installed thats interfering. are you using spb mobile shell? that breaks it.

I uninstalled cookies home tab, editor, and the task manager. Reloaded the task manager. It worked great. The reloaded CHT and editor. It works now. Before I had loaded CHT before the task manager. So it seems you need to load the task manger before CHT. At least in my instance that seems to be the case.
