I would imagine they already have safeguard in place to prevent things like that from happening.

I highly doubt they would let you take pictures of checks and deposit them immediately if they had no form of security or verification of the legitimacy :P

I'm guessing that there would be restrictions based on acct in good standing, must use direct deposit, etc...
Also, I'm sure if the check doesn't clear, they'll just tag you for it.
