My HTC Touch Pro 2 went nuts

Hello,

I have had an HTC Touch Pro 2 for about 9 months. Everything was fine with normal glitches.

Traveled to Hawaii and suddenly my device went nuts. I had it charging and when I turned it on it was not loading. Suddenly the phone loaded but would do nothing. Then after one more turn off and on, it asked to do a hard reset. On the road with no way to sync hurt but I did it. Worked great for 3 days and now it wont ring, there is no volume in the earpiece or speaker on calls. I can get calls and I can be heard but I am not hearing anything.

And to boot the screen will not rotate no matter what I do. I did a second hard reset and these problems stayed with me.

Suggestions?
