Automatic Bluetooth Connections

I have a Flexsmart X2 Bluetooth FM Transmitter I use in the car. The transmitter pairs with the phone once, to put the connection in the bluetooth settings. However, there are two separate stereo audio and hands free connections that are not automatically connected when the devices are in range of each other. As shown here:



I've tried Auto A2DP, but it only connected the hands free connection, not stereo audio. I have Energy ROM with Sense 2.5 and CHT, so I'm able to make shortcut to the Comm Manager to make it somewhat quicker, but an automatic connection would be fantastic.
