One of my co-workers has had several problems with his TP2. He got a refurb from them two weeks ago, but it has problems too. He went back to the store, and the Verizon rep said they have no more TP2s. They offered him several other phones, but he refused them all. He asked for an early upgrade, but they said he would have to call CS to get that approved. He spent almost two hours on the phone with CS, and they finally allowed him to upgrade early to a Droid X. I played with one last week. It was very nice; however, I will be sticking with my fully functional TP2. It does everything I need and more!
