Unhappy TF3D Not launching, device extemely slow.

I am currently experiencing a few problems with my TP2. It all started when I went to a friends house and the phone started roaming and I did a soft reset.
-Ever since then TouchFlo 3D will not launch.
-The device is extremely slow.
- "Fennecfaststart.exe" cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificated.....(I think I had this error before everything happened)

I had this same issue when I went to my friends house but I after the night TouchFlo 3D was up and running by morning and the phone was normal but this time that didnt happen. I left the phone off for about 2-3 weeks and still the issue is still there.

I was getting a error where it told me the device was properly shut off and I have to do a hard reset or I can push any other key to cancel and I would cancel everytime it happened about 5 times but that message stop popping up.

So does anyone know what I can do to fix this ? The old 700wx im using isnt that great lol.
Thanks in advance

Did you install anything new?

Have you tried updating your PRL?

Do you have a ton of e-mail or text messages on your phone?

Are you on the stock ROM? is it WM 6.1 or 6.5?

Are you on a custom ROM at all?

nothing new. I was trying to send a text and the signal was weak and kept bouncing back off sprint and roaming and it froze and unfroze so I jst soft reset it and this happened.
Have you tried updating your PRL?
No, should I do it now ?
Do you have a ton of e-mail or text messages on your phone?
Yes I bunch of texts but it hasnt really effected the speed of the device.

Re: TF3D Not launching, device extemely slow.

Since the phone is extremely slow its just doing the colorwheel spin and loading.
Will it work if the phone is not activated ?

Is there a program that will back everything up and restore the things the way they were ? If I just do a hard reset.
I also have older text that dont show up in the regular windows texting program but do show up in the HTC texting program. How would I back those up ? thanks

I use SPB backup and basicly it does kinda like a Image of your phone. if you have the same ROM ver. installed it can take it back to exactly how it was.

http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/products/backup/

It is Paid software but has a 2 week fully functional trial.

Yep it should be exactly how it was when you did the backup.

Re: TF3D Not launching, device extemely slow.

I can sympathize OP. I have a sprint TP2 and used to run stock 6.1 rom, and had this happen suddenly every time I went into roaming. It would start doing this endless "update hands free profile" loop thing, and then TF3D wouldn't load, then hard reset. I had SPB backup installed so I could restore, but I'm sure I was restoring to a state that was just reproducing the error every time I went into roaming.

Then I updated to 6.5 stock rom, and viola...no more issues. Of course I have new ones, but at least I got clear of this one.

I had a number of programs installed, too many to list. I also installed a number of cabs to tweak the reg, things like ICS and WModem fix, Disable Sent SMS notification, Inbox extender, Keep Music on When Idle, Shaggy's Suspend Resume, etc. I had also done some manual tweaks to the reg. If I was guessing, I'd say I (and maybe you) changed something that created a roaming issue.
