spl unlocking trouble

Here is a step by step of what I did when I was having problems unlocking my replacement device:

1. Put phone into bootloader, plug in and let windows install drivers. When done soft reset.
2. Once WinMo is loaded up make sure it connects to WMDC.
3. Press "Windows key + R" on your keyboard and a 'Run' window will appear, make sure the dialog box is cleared and below it says, "This task will be created with administrative privileges."
4. Navigate to the 'RhodiumW-HardSPL_V1_10R3.exe' file and drag it to the dialog box, and the address to the file will be inserted
i.e. on mine it comes up C:\Users\Troy\Desktop\RhodiumW-HardSPL_V1_10R3.exe
5. Press 'Ok' and follow the prompts for an unlocked device
