How to control flashing light for notifications on WM6.5?

How on earth to you control the flashing green light on WM6.5? I know on 6.1 there is an option to "flash light for" under sounds and notifications. I can not find any such option on 6.5...only the choice to select and control sounds for notifications.

Then go to Settings>Menu>All Settings>Sounds & Notifications>Notifications.

Chose the event, set the light behavior. You need the cab because normally the light setting is greyed out.
