It should be in your start Menu most likely in your tool's folder.

Have you tried to see if your GPS is working at all? try using Google map's or something along those lines to see if it's functioning.

i am having the same problem. i actually had that problem on the stock rom, then i installed a custom rom figuring the hard reset involved would fix it, but it didnt

and yes the gps was working fine. i noticed the general location setting was off... rebooting now (power off and removing battery for a few seconds)...

no luck
