BBC Radio Streaming

Before I lost my TP2 I used to be able to stream BBC radio via certain .wav files that I had saved on my TP2. Does anyone know how this can be done? I can't seem to recall how I got those files in the first place...thanks.

You can link to all of the stations in real audio or windows media player format.

Next question is how can I save these as files to my TP2 so that I dont have to go to the website to access the stream everytime. I used to be able to just click on the windows media player link on there and it would give me an option to either open/save as but now it just directly opens up with windows media player....Anyone?
