After loading mr2 on tp2 phone wont work or enter

Hey guys im having a (stupidity related) problem. After loading up the verizon Mr2 upgrade im stuck at the HTC logo but i cant get it to switch to the bootloader screen or install any other roms or the mr1 rom. Any help for an idiot?

you have to be hardspl locked to flash that rom. dont know why they made it that way, but they did. maybe by accident, cause no other shipped rom is that way.
just put it into bootloader mode(turn phone off - hold vol down and hold power button) and you can relock it or flash another rom

Ahh yeah i tried that a bunch of times but i had to hold down the red call end button too to get it to work

yea...the end button on the verizon tp2 is the power button
