Smile Windows Mobile VOIP Client

I have been asked to post the SJLabs VOIP client (Freeware) and here it is.

In order to use it proper with a Touch Pro 2, change the skin to default (no skin). In addition some settings should be changed to get the delays out. All depends on your network but I am happy to help.

Re: Windows Mobile VOIP Client

There is a newer build for WM5.0.
Still has the theme issues though.

Re: Windows Mobile VOIP Client

I prefer to use the older version because it runs more stable but each user should decide.

Re: Windows Mobile VOIP Client

Thanks for posting this SIP client. I've been using fring with gizmo but that program has some definite call quality issues. I was able to get my gizmo account working with the program posted in the thread but am having the following problem. I can call my number and SJ Phone will ring and answer the call but I cannot hear the caller. Any advice?

I should add that if you press and hold on the incoming call and choose get properties here's what I see:
Session ID:
Session Type: SIP
Call Type: UDP
Direction: Incoming
...
...
Status: Awaiting Acknowledgment
Audio codec (in): <EMPTY?!>
Audio codec (out): PCMU

What service are you using? I use the SJphone with sipgate.com and their European versions too.
