Can you enable Bing's turn-by-turn navigation in VZW phones?

Is there a way to enable Bing's turn-by-turn navigation in VZW phones?
Bing's website says turn-by-turn navigation is restricted on Verizon.

It works fine but you have to download it from your PC and then install on your phone. If you download it directly to your VZW phone you will get the crippled version.

I disagree. The Bing site on your Opera browser doesn't even recognize your device as a VZW TP2. So, it gives you an error message & sends you to the the generic app page to download & install. Try it.

I agree, I downloaded the Bing app from the Bing site and my turn-by-turn navigation works just fine on my stock Verizon ROM w/ the MR2 update

yep, opera won't allow the download, so I just used IE and it worked ok.
Too bad it doesn't speak (yet?).
