Mine is unchecked, but still requires me to put in a 1 when click on a number in an email or text and it takes me to the verify number screen as posted in the 1st post. when i just regular dial, i don't need to put a 1. It's when someone sends me a number via text or email, i click the number, it brings you to the verify number, when i Hit Call, it does nothing until i put that 1 there.

This is the screen i'm talking about that requires me to put a 1 in front of the number. when i just dial a regular number, i only use XXX-XXX-XXXX format without 1.

My question was how to get rid of the 1 when you are at that verify screen.
