Weather tab...............?

Yesterday i got a replacement phone from U.S.Cellular coz i had trouble connecting to the internet on my original Touch Pro 2.

But now i am facing another problem. The weather tab is not working, means its not automatically picking my location. Whenever i hit the update now button. its shows " updating weather data" but after couple seconds it shows " no weather update available".

My gps is working fine, but don't know whats wrong with the weather tab.
When i talk to the customer care center they told me that its not their prob and i should call htc regarding this.

Wondering if anybody can help me out?

is quick gps updated and your location on? gps settings all good?

yep. everything is upto date. gps is working fine. I am using google maps and IGO 8 without any problem

Did you hit accept (in settings I think) when you first run weather?

yes, i did. (you mean accepting to turn on my location?)

Have you tried to add your location, I had this issue once, I added my location and in a few days the My location seemed to start working and I switched back to that.

I am trying it now, but its acting kind of weird. As soon as i hit add location and try to enter any alphabet, my phone freezes. I tried 3 times but the same result everytime.

I would call back USCC and try to reach someone else, that's ridiculous for them to tell you to call HTC. Great tech support there...

Try a hard reset?

Already tried doing hard reset for like 10 times, but no use.
Call the uscc again but again same answer by tech support, " call htc".
