basically it skins the task bar and bottom bar like HDwalls, without having to make a cab. you installed it and than you just select a picture and softreset. its really slick and I have not used HDwalls since santod pointed it out for me.

it should also be said that Bwizard doesn't put out quality like HDWalls though... I am opposite lol, I always end up back on HDWalls and CHT 1.7 lol...

I really have not notices a difference, and it's way quicker, I change my background almost daily.

Yeah it is quicker, but Santod stated that HDWalls works with your Windows files to improve the graphics and Bwizard just puts the picture at its current quality which doesn't enhance it the same way HDWalls does... I notice a big difference on my phone, but I also change my power settings to Maximum brightness, not everyone does that so they don't notice the same things as others...
