too bad noone i know youtubes and sends me links otherwise this would be kinda cool...

this works for the native stock youtube player?? if so, i might just add it for the rare occassion someone sends me a youtube link lol

Yes sir, this is not a youtube player, it just opens up the HTC youtube player when you get a youtube link.

P.S. No worries brother, one day someone will send you a youtube links lol

It's not working for me either
VZW TP2 MR2 stock ROM.
HTC YouTube 2.6 build 2011.1727

when I click on a link in an email, the youtube app opens, and looks like its trying to play the video. I see the "Connecting" and then I get a pop up saying Connection failed. Please try again.
Connection is fine. I can open the youtube app and play videos and search etc.

Edit:
ok so it seems to work ok for some videos and not ok for other videos.
For example, it work ok with this link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbYmUpy7tmk

but I get the connection failed error with this link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwE-SLnLkqY

I guess this could be the youtube app and not the integration app.

no it does not open at all , for a link , it used to open it.
i think this cab is just a spam ,I contacted the developer in a PM message and he did not have an answer ?!

Works for me on VzW MR2 stock rom ... except for HD vids. I think it is the youtube app and not the integration. I get that message on other HD videos.

Easy Tiger, I just havent checked the forum in a while, it seemed like interest in the app had peaked, and there were no more post. Which version of youtube are you using, is it the HTC youtube player? or the one from m.youtube.com?
