phone not charging

so my tp2 will not charge if its on i have to turn it off and it will charge but it will charge on if i am on the stock rom. i have used mightys, mr x and now the new psyki rom and they all do the same thing any ideas

Bad hardware? lose connections?

no loose connection but the phone is only a week old so idk if it could be bad hardware being it works fine on the stock rom well atleast when i got it i didnt have trouble charging at night but sense i flashed custom roms wont charge while on they have to be turned off

look at usb ends and ppc, i think its just a coincidence about stock rom.

Have you gone into your power settings to make sure they are set to charge while connected and nothing out of wack there?
