Contact info to Calendar

I just got done entering all kinds of contact info using myphone. Is there a way to have the birthday info automatically added to my calendar? Also, is there an automatic way to change them all to first name instead of last for the file as?

The XDA birthday thing worked perfectly. It even does more than I wanted so a bonus to you sir. I may have to donate to him as a thanks for the grief that I will NOT be getting for forgetting birthdays again.

EDIT: I found the contacts name thing in the fave cabs thread. HERE. I knew I saw it somewhere.

I personally love that app. I used it to insert all the important birthdays into my calendar
