tp2 memory issue

lately, i've been a warnin message sayin that a message cant be downloaded because my memory is too low, even after i deleted programs and files. i cant even open up the youtube player because it says its storage is full. are there any tips or programs anyone can share to help me out to free up some spaceht please?
