Lock program with pin?

I just set up my Exchange account with my employer's email and since I work in health care, they require the phone to be password or PIN locked (as in, nothing will sync without setting the password first so it's not something I can just work around or disregard). Does anyone know of a program that skins the lock screen but also allows for pin/password protection? I don't remember if S2U2 had that feature, but it's such a resource hog that I'd prefer something lighter. The default screen is so ugly (white, WinMo text screen) that I'd love for something that has SOME design quality for it.

Help?

Right, but like I was saying above, S2U2 was a huge battery drain on my phone when I had it previously so I'm looking for something lighter if possible...
