Re: Weather Forecasting
Opera mini won't animate gifs because the server re-compresses all images to static high-compression. Always has.

Re: Weather Forecasting
I really liked the weather panel. the only issues I had with it was it seemed kind of buggy and laggy. the buttons to zoom, play, rewind the radar image would never be shown and sometimes when I would tap the image where I thought the button might be, the program would open to the detailed forcast instead of putting the radar in motion. Integrating this into Sense would be awesome but i think it still needs some polish. Mcop10 has done a phenomenal job with making the program fit properly on the screen but those buttons are still missing. This is why I love the TP2!!!!!! You can do just about anything you want with or to it to make it truly your own. Thanks for all your input. looking forward to more.

Re: Weather Forecasting
I have used WeatherPanel but you have to get rid of Sense right? It is a standard plugin for the old windows home screen?

Re: Weather Forecasting
Try this?
I am using MTP (Manila Today Page) and Weatherpanel adapted to look more like the Sense Weather Tab, and I am replacing the built-in tab with MTP. Here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...&postcount=388 Not my work, just adapted from the work of others and it works great! |
