Cant turn off the screen lock option, never turned it on in the first place.

Had the phone bouncing around in my shorts pocket and before I know it the screen lock was on. Its oem 6.1 with Mobile Shell. Every time I hit the power button and put the phone into sleep mode even for 1 second, when I wake it up its locked. There is an unlock on the bottom left that I have to hit, then the screen turns grey and I have to "tap" the unlock button on the middle right of the screeen.

Thing is I never turned it on, and I cant figure out how to turn it off.
