Unhappy Active Sync/Battety issue when phone losses signal

Hello everyone, I have been having an issue for the last 2 months with battery draining dramaticly from the Active Sync activating after the phone losses signal. I have Stock Rom with some simple apps that i have determined are not the issue. What i have done is a hard reset and determine that it happens even after a hard reset. It started about 3 weeks after the upgrade i did to 6.5.

So here is the deal, when i am at work, at my desk i lose the signal and when the phone locks back in, the active sync activates and the phone will get pretty hot, after an hour or so. Within that hour or more i check the phone an the battery has been drained from anywhere from 20 to 40%.

I wanted to see if others have had this experiance and is there a way to stop the active sync from coming on.

Oh and i have tried to all the options on the active sync meun and nothing works. Lastly, i have searched the forum and used the active synckillaelias (sorry something like that) and that didnt work either

Thanks for any info/help in advanced!
