How do I change the WM start icon in 23569??

I recently flashed to the 23569 NRG ROM & I absolutely LOVE everything about it except the appearance of the white windows flag for the start menu.

Can anyone point me to instructions on how to change it??

I have never had a problem changing that icon in 6.1/6.5 but I can't seem to get a grasp on this setup??
