People have trouble hearing me

I'm just using a screen protector, but it definitely does not cover up the microphone. It seems to be erratic issue, like in the middle of the call. Other times, it is fine. My phone is about 4 months old.

Have you tried updating your Radio or your PRL? might help might not just a thought.
