Back up setup
I don't care about the PIM stuff, resyncing will take care of that.

How do I backup all the other settings and reg edits? So SPB and TF3d and all the cabs can be restored without having to do everything manually?

Sorry, this is all new to me coming from Palm

I use SPB backup, totally worth the money in my opinion. It has saved my butt more times than I can count.
