Any diagnostics/benchmark programs?

I'd like to find out if my phone is working properly. I have underwhelming experiences (lags, freezes, battery drain, etc) using a large variety of ROM's. Is there a program that can spit out a benchmark score for me to compare with others running an HTC Touch Pro 2?
