Accidentally Deleted All My Contacts

I was trying to clear my sim card and accidentally deleted all my contacts off the phone. I still have the contacts on my sim card, and i had them on microsoft myphone but i hit sync and it deleted the contacts of my myphone account

i checked in archive and my contacts are still there on myphone how do i get them back to my device? or how do i get the contacts from my sim card to my phones memory?

Online, log into your MyPhone account.
Go to the archived contacts.
select the contacts you want back on your phone.
Click "Restore" towards the top of the page.
Sync your phone again.

Back in business!!!

Or just restore from the previous nights scheduled backup (do you use SPB Backup or Sprite?)
