tried the clearing of the storage and its still giving me the same problems

hmmmm, new phone time i think, nothing is installed i guess? you could always unlock and try custom rom but sounds like hardware issue.

lol @ escalated the issue, try the phone at store if you can and when new one comes send it to store and try that one.
