Or you can go into the boot loader mode while connected to the PC via usb...htc sync software that automatically installs does the work. Or just put RHODIMG.nbh onto the root of your storage card and flash from there by going into bootloader.

I would suggest spb backup. get a good config and back it up. add on some features and do another backup, but dont append backups, do different versioning like V1, V2, ect. Keep notes of which version has which apps.

+1 on SPB backup. it's one of the Must have tools for me and has saved me a lot of time's and headache.
