Need Green "OK" and Red "X" icons

I'm going to try to replace the "OK" and "X" icons in my shellres.192.dll file. I currently use Spike's MicNeo Taskbar for 6.1 and those icons are very small in that file when installed on my 6.5 ROM. Not being much of an artist, I was wondering if someone had or had a link to either some ico files or a dll file that contained some nice green "OK" and red "X" icons I could use.
