Will you move from a TP2 to an EVO even if you have to Pay for Premium Plan?

There was an article i saw saying that there will be special plans for the EVO, a phone that i so desire....Don't get me wrong I love my TP2 i just wished it had a Snapdragon and more Ram

I read that you would have to have a special plan for the EVO, if this is true i dont' think i'm getting the EVO no matter how badly i want it. I currently have a 129.99 (unlimited everything family plan)

I'm on the border line and i have to quickly make up my mind since we'll be able to pre-order it later this month, Would you pay extra a month for an EVO?

Wrong forum buddy. This could be true for any phone and fits better in the android part. Just sayin'

Also, they could be making a plan that includes more features for more money. $5 a month to video chat with someone. $10 a month for the hot spot. All in one for $10 more a month.

Re: Will you move from a TP2 to an EVO even if you have to Pay for Premium Plan?

I bet there will be special plans as well but I don't think they will be more than what you are paying now for everything. If that is the case, you would be silly not to switch.

I am getting this phone but I know my plan will increase because I am on a family plan for $89 and my phone has unlimited everything but the other phone does not. Sprint gave me free unlimited texts because of the hassles last time I changed plans. But even if my plan goes up some, I am still getting this phone.

Re: Will you move from a TP2 to an EVO even if you have to Pay for Premium Plan?

First off yes I would be willing to pay more IF and only if 4g and the other capabilties are available in my network. If any of it is not available i will still go to the EVO just for pure hardware but I refuse to pay .001 more for features soon to come. I ran into the same thing with my 6700 before evdo made it hear. It took multiple calls and a lot of haggling but i got my phone same internet charge because the evdo they were pushing with the power vision plan for $20 was not available with in an hour drive of me.

would 27% off your monthly bill help, then if there is a premium for 4g, it will still come up short of the 129.99 your used to paying.. here ya go: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=75318

Re: Will you move from a TP2 to an EVO even if you have to Pay for Premium Plan?

If it's really between my SERO plan and the EVO, I'll keep my plan lol. I can do just about anything an EVO probably can and then some with my netbook and my TP2. However, if it's just about the EVO vs Any-other-phone out there right now, I'll take the EVO damn sure.

Re: Will you move from a TP2 to an EVO even if you have to Pay for Premium Plan?

My main concern about evo besides switching from win /mo to android is will it allow me to do voice and data at the same time and will we have video calling? If so, then yes it is woth a few more bucks for me.

But it's like cars, TV's or anything else. what one person likes/needs isn't gonna cut it for everyone's wants/needs

Re: Will you move from a TP2 to an EVO even if you have to Pay for Premium Plan?

I'm so looking forward to EVO! I have SERO 450, Touch Pro2 - but WM6.5 is deadend. Unless HTC announced TP3 with snapdragon/capacitive screen - and somebody manages to run android 2.2 on it
