location weather stopped updating - Page 5

Woo Hoo!!.. Finally don't have to rely upon WiFi to get my weather updates. Glad it is working, but wish I knew the reason why it stopped...

dang...they finally fixed the problem this morning. that SUCKED going a month without this workin right. tmobile hd2 owners are reporting that it's fixed also.

In particular, I am having it since updating to VZW MR2

Mine is only updating on WiFi.
I will see what happens tomorrow. I haven't left my house all weekend since I flashed MR2. Maybe it is just this location. Will find out tomorrow when I go to work.

So not to bump this but... mine stopped working after a long road trip, and hasnt worked for the last two days. I'm also on Verizon, and in the San Diego area. Did anyone figure out why this happens. It seams that it fixes itself after a while, but did anyone do anything else to get it working?

I have 3 TP2 in our family and 2 havn't been updating at all the last 4 days and one is irregular.

Wasn't working all day on AT$T today. Just got a sync about 10 minutes ago. I think this is an intermittent problem with the weather servers, not the phone or the networks. The link to Accuweather website from the weather tab has never worked for me.

If any of you guys are using Conflipper's weather server then that may explain why it's not working. I was and last week it stopped working for me so I uninstalled his North America Weather V5 and switched back to the original server.
