stock sprint wm 6.5 question.

TP2 just arrived. Got it activated. Came w/ WM 6.5

Quiok question regarding stock RoM: definite take a lot more memory and Space compared to 6.1 on old TP.

Short of loading a custom ROM right now, anything I could do to free up more RAM and space? I already turn Sense off. I don't even see anything avail for me to uninstall

Also, how do I get task manager to show up on the toolbar at the top like WM 6.1 on my old TP?

Not much you can do for the memory. wm 6.5 does used alot. Xbutton is not included in 6.5. you have to get a cab file and load it up. i recall Jbxbutton works well. not sure if thats how u spell it.

I found settings on the registry. hklm software opera info. theres 2 settings that say" rotate with animation" and "enable rotation" I changed them both from 0 to 1. softreset and still doesnt rotate with animation. help! The first beta release of opera 9.7 did it and dont know why its not doing it on the stock rom.

if only folks knew what version of opera 9.5 came stock on 6.1 & id be happy lol ... i searched & searched. thought i found it but sadly no dice ... my days with winmo are numbered so ill deal with 9.7 while i have to.

Why don't you download the stock 6.1 Rom and use a kitchen to pull it out?

never thought of that & had ive been told when i was first looking for it i may have thats how reliable i found that version .. but since on june 4th i will be making the leap into evo land its not necessary but thanks
