how to enable A-GPS setting?

as the title, i can not find the A-GPS setting through the system setting, i remember i saw that on some roms i flashed before, anyone can help me?

ps: i added a DWORD key "HIDE" in registry which looks like the way i turned on the owner's information, but it would not work.
